What we do We will start by heading to the big cows, feeding them and getting to know a little about them. You will be supplied some bread to feed them. Feel free to bring your own if you wish. They love bananas, cut up apple and carrots. When we call all the cows to the fence they will come running for a feed. This is a fantastic experience enjoyed by all. Then we will head up to meet, feed and pat the donkey, pigs, rabbits, chickens and other fluffy animals. You may be lucky enough to meet some baby calves (ages depending) who have been undergoing halter training. This all depends on the timing and working of the farm. Please keep an eye on our FaceBook page photos to give you an idea on what's happening on the farm. You will also have the opportunity to go on a hay bale tractor ride. This is also enjoyed by all ages. Our dogs Molly and Max may also join you. Upon the completion of your tour you are welcome to head down to the shop and try some of our farm fresh honey.
There may be a small amount of walking depending where the cattle are situated at the time of your visit. We have 4 picnic tables available at the moment and cannot always guarantee it will be near the cow’s due to farm lifestyle as we move the cow’s paddocks regularly. You are welcome to bring your picnic blanket and find a spot where best suits you or even near your favourite animals.
